A Royal Charter Fair!
Some fairs are extra special! A Charter Fair is a fair endorsed by the Crown. Crown-issued letters patent gave an individual or a corporate body, like a city borough, the privilege of holding a fair. Charter Fairs take place all over England throughout the year often corresponding with a saint’s day.
There are a number of Charter Fairs during September World Fun Fair Month
